For a large or heavy rug, call first with its dimensions and material. We can confirm acceptance and practical handover arrangements before you move it.
Do you clean wall-to-wall carpeting?
Call to discuss the size, location, and access before booking. Fitted carpeting is a different job from a loose rug, and the scope needs to be confirmed with the shop.
Can every stain or pet odor be removed?
There is no blanket guarantee. Tell us what happened, how long the problem has been present, and what has already been used on it so expectations can be discussed.
Is rug pickup included in free garment delivery?
