Free pickup and delivery
We collect from your building and bring everything back, at no extra charge, across Carnegie Hill and the Upper East Side.
Pickup and delivery is free, and it is not a separate premium service with its own pricing — it is how most of our regulars use the shop. You leave your clothes with your doorman or meet us at the door, and the same garments come back cleaned, pressed, and hung, on a schedule that repeats without you having to arrange it each time.
Setting it up
Call (212) 289-9874 and tell us your address, your building's arrangement, and when suits you. Most customers settle into a fixed weekly slot; others call when a bag has filled up. Either works.
If your building has a doorman, we can collect and drop off with them, which means you do not need to be home. If it does not, we will arrange a window with you.
Where we go
Carnegie Hill and the surrounding Upper East Side — the blocks around Madison, Fifth, and Park from the low 80s up through the 90s, and out toward Yorkville and Lenox Hill. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask; the answer is usually yes.
What can go in the bag
Anything we do: dry cleaning, wash and fold, shirts, and alterations. Put a note in with anything that needs attention — a stain you know about, a button that came off, a hem that needs shortening — and it will be handled on the same trip rather than waiting for a second one.
For alterations that need a fitting, we will still need to see you in the shop. Everything else can be done without you ever leaving the building.

Is there really no charge for delivery?
No charge. It is included, and there is no minimum order dressed up as a condition.
Do I have to be home?
Not if your building has a doorman. We can collect and return through them.

Can alterations be picked up too?
Repairs and simple hems, yes — include a note. Anything needing a fitting means one visit to the shop, and after that the finished garment can come back to you.

Everything is cleaned in our own NYS DEC-approved machine at 1287 Madison Ave. Nothing is shipped out.
Wash & fold laundry
Drop a bag, get it back sorted, washed, dried, and folded — with pickup and delivery in Carnegie Hill at no charge.
Shirt laundering
Dress shirts washed, finished, and returned on hangers or boxed — collars and cuffs done properly.
